Founder and owner Hans Jongeling is a qualified historian (University of Utrecht) and has over 10 years of experience in the world of coins, medals and bank notes. Hans’ past work experience includes the auction house Sotheby’s and the former Money Museum. From 2011 to early 2016, he was Head of the Numismatic Department of the Royal Dutch Mint in Utrecht. Hans is one of only three registered TMV valuers (Federation of Valuers, Brokers and Auctioneers) in the Netherlands in the field of numismatics and has proven his very thorough theoretical and practical knowledge. He is also numismatic advisor for the Dutch Police Academy.
