About the artist
Emanuele Giuffrida was born in Gela, Sicily, Italy in 1982. He received his high school diploma at the Art College D. Almeyda of Palermo. He later attended the Academy of Fine Arts in the same city in 2007.
Since 2004 he started his exhibitions, both collective and private. In 2006 he held the exhibition ‘Ore calm 10:00’ at the gallery of The Great Modica.
His art seems to encompass two completely opposite aspects, both realistic and at the same time evanescent. Giuffrida focuses on the image-medium combination.
