Thomas Bassnett

Thomas Bassnett was an English artist and active around the end of the 19th century in Liverpool. His workshop was probably at 10 or 5. Bath Street in Liverpool. Little is known about his workshop. Probably he made for the marine copper binoculars, chronometers.
