  • About the artist
    Bernard (Ben) Verkaaik was born in Schiedam, The Netherlands on March 3, 1946. Verkaaik has been a successful advertising executive who managed to keep quiet about the biggest passion he had since he was a little boy; painting.

    Bernard Verkaaik studied at the Academie van Beeldende Kunsten in Rotterdam, The Netherlands from 1961 – 1966.
