Xie Aige established herself as an artist on the international scene remarkably quickly. During her first exhibition (Shanghai Duolon Museum of Modern Art/ 2005) she caught the attention of international art lovers with her original work.
Xie Aige is known as one of the younger generation’s most promising artists. Her studio is in Shanghai. Her bronze sculptures, which she colours in all sorts of shades, sometimes appear to have been chiselled from stone.
