  • About the artwork
    The warm sound of a tenor slowly penetrates me.
    I walk down the large wide staircase and there you are hanging.
    The soft murmur of people fades away.
    I see you, only you.
    You demand my attention and get my full attention.
    You sparkle and all your crystals spin before my eyes.
    I keep staring at you and can't get away from it.
    Shades of blue and then suddenly I see a horizon in the distance.
  • About the artist

    My big passion is photography. In Africa I became fascinated by the colors, the views, flora and fauna.

    I studied photography at the Photographer school in Apeldoorn, specializing in portrait photography.

    After some wanderings, I am not only interested in portrait but also in nature, landscape and architecture photography.

    Light plays an important role in my work and the challenge for me is to play with light. I use different techniques for this and try to create unique and special photos.

    A large part of my work consists not only of taking the photo but also editing the photo afterwards.
