  • About the artwork

With the strong Retro design of two slightly shifted parts with each a red gold half circle highlighted by three bows with yellow gold curling ends, this 18K tri-colour gold double clip brooch from 1940 has the charisma of a show girl displaying her feathered fans. Both half circles are rimmed by seven rectangular cut rubies and four single brilliant cut diamonds in white gold settings while their centres touch by five diamonds sided with five square cut rubies.
