Matthias Heiderich is a German photographer, born in Bad Hersfeld in 1982. After studying linguistics and phonetic studies, Matthias Heiderich decided to focus on photography and to create images, inspired by old vinyl and the photographer Josef Schulz. He captures minimalistic architectural elements which reveal pastel tones. His work is characterised by contrasting colours, lines, patterns, angular compositions and vibrant colours. The images are captured from a ground perspective. He exhibited in Berlin, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, San Francisco.
