    Adrianus Johannes 't Hoff was leerling aan de Academie van Beeldende Kunsten te Den Haag. Hij maakte schilderijen, aquarellen, tekeningen en grafiek. Zijn oeuvre omvat een breed scala aan onderwerpen, waaronder landschappen, stadsgezichten, figuur- en dierstukken. In zijn werk treft men invloeden aan van de Jugendstil en Art Deco. 't Hoff was leraar handtekenen en lid van Pulchri Studio in Den Haag.
  • About the artist

    Adrianus Johannes 't Hoff was a student at the Academy of Art in The Hague. He made paintings, watercolors, drawings and graphics. His oeuvre covers a wide range of subjects, including landscapes, cityscapes, figure and animal paintings. His work is influenced by Jugendstil and Art Deco. 't Hoff was a teacher of hand drawing and a member of Pulchri Studio in The Hague.
