Hendrik "Henk" van Leeuwen van Oudewater (1890–1972) was a distinguished Dutch Impressionist painter renowned for his evocative landscapes, tranquil cityscapes, and luminous winter scenes. Largely self-taught, he began his career as a house painter in the village of Ter Aar before dedicating himself entirely to fine art.

Through his keen observation of light and atmosphere, Van Leeuwen developed a refined Impressionist style characterized by loose yet confident brushwork and a subtle, harmonious palette.
