Maurice Maignan (1868, Neufchâtel-en-Bray, Seine-Maritime, France -1946, Paris) was a French sculptor who worked in Art Nouveau style. The materials he used are bronze and marble. He was a socially-minded artist, as is evident from his publication Économie esthétique; la question sociale sera résolue par l’esthétique (Paris, Éditions de l’art décoratif, 1912). His body remains have been interred in the columbarium of Père-Lachaise in Paris.
