    A Japanese bronze dragon vase.
    Meiji period (1868-1912).

    The vase on a slightly spreading foot, with bulbous body and flaring mouth rim. An elongated three-clawed dragon curling alongside the body and neck of the vase with reticulated feet, arms and whiskers. The vase with a warm dark brown to dark reddish patination.

    Dimensions:
    Height 34 cm, diameter 17 cm.

    Condition:
    Good condition with a nice warm patina, two small pieces missing where the lower legs protrude.

    Worldwide registered and insured shipping.
