China, mid 19th century.
Elaborately reticulated and carved in relief with polychrome paintings of mythological figures with lively expressions, surrounded by leafy branches and swirling clouds.

Length 165 cm, width 28 cm.
Condition:
Some small chips and normal natural wood cracks but overall in splendid condition with a nice patina.
