    Gennady Gorshkov (Yaroslavl 1959) graduated from the Art Academy in his native city in 1978. In 1985 he also graduated from the Moscow Art School. Since 1986 he has participated in regional exhibitions. Since 1993 he has been studying mural painting at the “Yaroslavskaya Icona” under the guidance of Nikolai Mukhin.

    G. Gorshkov has been a member of the Artists' Union of Russia since 1996. In 2000 he was honored with a diploma and a medal from the Russian Academy of Arts. What is special about his still lifes and landscape paintings are the spatula technique and the very harmonious color palette.

    Gennady Gorshkov (Yaroslavl 1959) formou-se na Academia de Arte da sua cidade natal em 1978. Em 1985 formou-se também na Escola de Arte de Moscovo. Desde 1986 que participa em exposições regionais. Desde 1993 que estuda pintura mural na “Yaroslavskaya Icona” sob a orientação de Nikolai Mukhin.

    G. Gorshkov é membro do Sindicato dos Artistas da Rússia desde 1996. Em 2000 foi homenageado com um diploma e uma medalha da Academia Russa de Artes. O que há de especial nas suas naturezas mortas e pinturas de paisagens é a técnica da espátula e a paleta de cores muito harmoniosa.
