Frans de Beul (1849, Dendermonde – 1919, Schaarbeek, Bruxelles) è stato un pittore belga. Era il fratello del pittore Henri de Beul (1845-1900). Frans ha studiato con Ferdinand Willaert alla Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten (Accademia di Belle Arti) di Dendermonde (Belgio) e all'Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts (Accademia di Belle Arti) di Bruxelles. De Beul dipinse principalmente la vita rurale e gli animali intorno alla fattoria e fu influenzato nel suo stile dalla scuola di Barbizon. Ha partecipato a diverse mostre, tra le altre a Bruxelles, Berlino, Londra, Parigi, New York e San Francisco.
