    Edmond Lachenal (1855-1948) était un céramiste français. Edmond Lachenal fut l'une des figures centrales du développement de la céramique Art nouveau, et son travail est comparable à celui d'Ernest Chaplet, Adrien-Pierre Dalpayrat et Albert Dammousse.Il eut deux fils, Jean-Jacques et Raoul Lachenal, qui lui succédèrent. ses œuvres se retrouvent dans les collections de céramiques Art nouveau du Louvre à Paris et du Metropolitan Museum of Art de New York.
