    Né en 1965 à Purmerend, il vit et travaille à Heerhugowaard, dans la province de Hollande du Nord.

    Patrick est diplômé de la Royal Academy of Art (KABK) de La Haye et a également remporté le premier prix Winsor & Newton et le deuxième prix Caran d'Ache.

    Depuis, il expose aux Pays-Bas et à l’étranger. Développant son style unique au fil des années, les œuvres récentes de Patrick sont des versions 3D de paysages flottants sur de vieilles assiettes en porcelaine, qu'il appelle des sculptures de paysage, utilisant souvent les bonsaïs comme base structurelle pour ses tableaux dramatiques, mystérieux et ludiques.

    Beaucoup de ses œuvres font partie de prestigieuses collections privées en Europe, en Corée du Sud et aux États-Unis.
