The Champagne Gun is a captivating sculpture that reimagines the iconic champagne bottle as a powerful and glamorous weapon. Created by artist Angela Gomes, this opulent piece is adorned with over 5,000 Swarovski crystals, painstakingly hand-set to create a shimmering cascade of light and brilliance. With its sleek lines and luxurious embellishments, the Champagne Gun exudes an aura of sophistication and extravagance, making it a truly remarkable and eye-catching artwork.
The Champagne Gun is not merely a decorative object; it is also a provocative symbol that challenges our perceptions of power and celebration. The juxtaposition of a champagne bottle, traditionally associated with festivities and revelry, with the imposing form of a gun creates a sense of dissonance that invites contemplation. The artwork invites viewers to question the nature of luxury, extravagance, and the pursuit of pleasure, while simultaneously celebrating the transformative power of art.
Only 6 pieces of the Champagne Gun are available worldwide, making it a highly sought-after collector's item. Each piece is meticulously crafted and hand-set with Swarovski crystals, ensuring that no two Champagne Guns are exactly alike. She says; “To bring my words without using words to the tiniest details is my goal”.
