Sul l'artista
Hans Taye o Jean Tayer era un tessitore di arazzi fiammingo/nederlandese meridionale, attivo tra il 1619 e il 1627. Ha realizzato arazzi fiamminghi in stile barocco per la Francia ed è stato attivo a Parigi. Condusse una 'boutique d'or', un laboratorio dove venivano prodotti i pezzi più preziosi.
