    Yahya Gaber Youssef nasceu no Cairo em 1939. Ele foi educado na Kunstgewerbe Schule em Aachen, Alemanha e a partir de 1969 vive e trabalha em Amsterdã. Ele pinta no estilo geométrico abstrato moderno e teve muitas exposições individuais e coletivas.
