Signed lower right - Sur l'artisteCornelis Stroo était un peintre et dessinateur néerlandais. Il peint principalement des natures mortes. Il était le professeur de Chris Lebeau. Stroo était actif en tant que peintre à Amsterdam et Hilversum, de 1875 jusqu'à sa mort en 1932.
