  • Over kunstwerk
    Gennady Gorshkov (Yaroslavl 1959) graduated from the Art Academy in his native city in 1978. In 1985 he also graduated from the Moscow Art School. Since 1986 he has participated in regional exhibitions. Since 1993 he has been studying mural painting at the “Yaroslavskaya Icona” under the guidance of Nikolai Mukhin.

    G. Gorshkov has been a member of the Artists' Union of Russia since 1996. In 2000 he was honored with a diploma and a medal from the Russian Academy of Arts. What is special about his still lifes and landscape paintings are the spatula technique and the very harmonious color palette.
  • Over kunstenaar

    Gennady Gorshkov (Yaroslavl 1959) studeerde in 1978 af aan de kunstacademie in zijn geboortestad. In 1985 studeerde hij ook af aan de kunstacademie van Moskou. Sinds 1986 neemt hij deel aan regionale tentoonstellingen. Sinds 1993 studeert hij muurschilderingen aan de "Yaroslavskaya Icona" onder leiding van Nikolai Mukhin.

    G. Gorshkov is sinds 1996 lid van de kunstenaarsbond van Rusland. In 2000 werd hij geëerd met een diploma en een medaille van de Russische kunstacademie. Wat bijzonder is aan zijn stillevens en landschapsschilderijen zijn de spateltechniek en het zeer harmonieuze kleurenpalet.
