  Tos Kostermans (geboren in 1958) is een Nederlandse schilder uit Haarlem. Zijn artistieke reis begon op dertienjarige leeftijd onder leiding van de in Haarlem wonende kunstenaar Albert Loots.

  Kostermans staat bekend om zijn verfijnde techniek en expressief realisme en legt de essentie van zijn onderwerpen met zowel gevoeligheid als kracht vast.
