Jacob Quack

Jacob Quack was born in Rotterdam in 1622, he died in 1668. A postmaster in Rotterdam, he published various topographical maps, including a panoramic view of Rotterdam which was drawn and etched by the Rotterdam genre painter Joost van Geel.
