A night at the Art Fair | KunstRAI 2018

Yes! This year too, QLICK Gallery organizes ‘a curious affair’ during KunstRAI. After closing time the art fair will open her doors for an exclusive event. An evening entirely dedicated to experiencing art at different levels and new encounters, of course, while enjoying a special drink. The evening kicks off with a crash course collecting, followed by an art quiz and ends with the famous ‘Tour in the Dark’. This unique guided tour in the dark on an empty exhibition floor lets you experience art in a whole new light. Let’s go on adventure!

Thursday evening April 5^th from 21.00 till midnight at KunstRAI Amsterdam:

• Interested in purchasing your first artwork? Manuela Klerkx and Oscar van Gelderen, writers of the book ‘Van kunst kijken naar kunst kopen’ will provide you with a crash course collecting art. They crack the codes of the art world and introduce you to the aspects of collecting, in which they enter into dialogue with a young collector.
• The art quiz with Kris: test you knowledge of art under the inspiring leadership of quizmaster Kris van der Hart.
• A tour in the dark along special selected works of art. Armed with flashlights, professional guides will take you on a tour in the dark along special selected works of art. A unique opportunity where you can experience the art in a whole new level. 
  
  

The heart of the festivities lies in the KunstKabinet: a specially designed stand for the young and novice collector with a starting budget. The works shown in the Kunstkabinet have a maximum of €1500. The majority of the works can also be purchased via the KunstKoopregeling of the Mondrian Fund.
