- Sobre arteDit aquarel is van de Nederlandse kunstenaar Herman Bogman Junior (1890-1975). Op het papier zijn gevels van rijtjeshuizen te zien aan de gracht met zicht op de achtertuinen. Het werk is 41 x 31 cm (64 x 54 cm incl. lijst) in nette staat en ingelijst achter glas. Het werk is geëxposeerd in Museum Rijswijk bij de tentoonstelling 'Aquarellen en tekeningen (2000-2001) & Museum Swaenstyn bij 'Haags Aquarellist' (2016).

Herman Bogman Jr. was born in The Hague on September 22, 1890 and died there on October 18, 1975. He was educated at the Royal Academy for Visual Arts in The Hague and at the National Academy for Visual Arts in Amsterdam. Herman Bogman Jr. was a student of his father H. Bogman Sr. , J.H. Jurres and Willem de Zwart. He was a watercolorist, painter and draftsman and member of Pulchri Studio, the Hague Watercolourists and Sint Lucas guild in The Hague.
