  • About the artwork
    An Italian console table in gilt wood on four baluster shaped tapered legs, decorated with stylized leaf motifs. The lower part of the legs is fluted. The frieze is decorated at the front with leaf and flower motifs framed in a beaded edge. The center is decorated with a medallion with lovebirds and flanked with cornucopias. On the corners the frieze is decorated with squared medallions with rosettes of stylized leaf motifs. The rectangular top is made of “Brocatelle Violette de Jura” marble.
