    Abraham Hulk jr., Filho de Abraham Hulk sénior (Londres, 1813-1897), nasceu em Londres em 1843, morreu em 1919. Tal como o seu pai, viveu na Inglaterra a maior parte da sua vida e também viajou para a Holanda. Ele viveu e trabalhou em Londres, Nottingham e Dorking (Surrey). Foi um artista de grande sucesso entre 1876 e 1892. Neste período expôs em mostras de prestígio, como a Royal Academy e a Royal Society of British Artists. Ele era conhecido por suas pinturas a óleo e aquarelas de paisagens holandesas e britânicas.
