Elzo Dibbets is a Dutch artist who was born on 21 March 1947. He graduated from the art academy in Arnhem in 1971. Dibbets is specialised in painting buildings, still lifes, people, billiards, dogs, portraits and cars. His paintings are rendered in a realistic style but also convey a sense of mystery and vagueness. He has had various exhibitions in the Netherlands and Belgium including Amsterdam, Arnhem, The Hague, Brugges (Belgium), Kleve (Belgium).
